Troubleshooting
Most issues clear up with a couple of quick steps.
Video is buffering
Section titled “Video is buffering”- Check your internet connection speed.
- Lower the playback quality if your connection is slow.
- Close other apps or devices using the same network.
- Restart the app and try again.
I can’t log in
Section titled “I can’t log in”- Check your username (not your email) and password — they are case-sensitive.

Playback won’t start
Section titled “Playback won’t start”- Refresh the page or restart the app.
- Clear your browser cache if you’re on the web.
- Try a different device to narrow down the problem.
Search isn’t finding a title
