Troubleshooting

Most issues clear up with a couple of quick steps.

  1. Check your internet connection speed.
  2. Lower the playback quality if your connection is slow.
  3. Close other apps or devices using the same network.
  4. Restart the app and try again.
  1. Check your username (not your email) and password — they are case-sensitive.

  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
  4. Still stuck? Contact support from piratefin.com.
